The TIS system is designed as an extension and complement of CMOS system (Central Monitoring System). It is used for processing and evaluation of data obtained at the real time through the system CMOS or entered manually by the users of the system. Therefore TIS only collects, sorts and re-makes the information. Its concept is intended as a support for staff of technical rooms, technical supervision and administrators of individual ATM systems. The TIS supports electronic signature of selected documents and thus replace using of “paper diaries”.
The TIS system performs following basic functions:

Electronic form of TS diary - TS diary + database of all systems and their division to subsystems and equipment (components)

Evidence of ATC systems errors

Evidence of regular maintenance and work on ATM systems

Evidence of implementation of CAA flight verification and monitoring of their validity

Evidence of valid certificates of title and Certificate for Establishment of Eligibility

Automatic demonstrable acquaintance with new updates

Evidence of current tasks and monitoring of events discussed on ATMs meetings.

Evidence of control activities implementation in connection with the tasks from meetings and operating instructions

Sending email messages for predefined events

Other information necessary or useful for the system users

TIS therefore aims to gather all possible information necessary for supervisor, technical supervision, as well as all other users of TIS, to present them in the form of tables and records in the databases and at the same time ensure the freshness of the provided information.
